Can't believe how awesome this day was. Ben and I had a blast getting to know the Bogdan and Greenwoods. Both sides had so much energy - you can tell there are going to be some fun family reunions ahead. Not only did the families mesh so well, but the bride and groom literally were just so in love. It was so sweet to see Timmy looking at Lisette while she'd be speaking with family or friends on the side, and then she'd smile as he was dancing with the kids or giving hugs to visitors at the reception. Gah - sometimes you just have to stop and appreciate love and how beautiful of a gift it truly is. Thanks again for letting me share this day with you two. It is probably the last video I'll be shooting/editing for a bit just because the twins are growing and taking it out of me more than they used to, but I can't wait to get back into it next year!
Love you guys! Congrats and good luck in the years to come! Just love each other - keep it up!
Sad I didn't get to capture more from this day, but it was such a special thing to be a part of. From operating the camera, to handing it back off, to running around for mama Shif, to running back to get some footage - it was a crazy/fun experience! Love my little sister, Madison Glock! So proud of her and her high school sweetheart, Travis, for sealing the deal for time and all eternity a year ago in the Sacramento Temple. Way to be you two. Way to be!
A friend asked me recently if I could do a short film for her reception coming up. She wanted a film that told the back story of her and her fiance's love life together. She asked me if I had done something like this before. Yes, yes I have my dear friend. Many, many moons ago. Looking back, I'm saddened that I didn't get to walk around more with Nancy and Clay to film them in their element a bit more. But for being in school, working full-time, and being a novice at my craft during that time in my life, this did the trick! The next will be so glorious. So fab! Can't wait for it. Now booking for the rest of Winter 14/ Spring 15 for all wedding/ family/ commercial shoots people! Get on that. ;)
Working with Shannon is definitely one of a few of my FAVORITE things! This woman is not your typical blogger. She's an avid fitness proponent, a mama to two sweet babes I absolutely adore, a model and actress for multiple brands, and is an awesome friend to boot! What else could I say when she asked me to help her produce a makeup tutorial spot for her blog then HECK TO THE YES. I'll hop on any chance to work with this girl. Check out her fashion and lifestyle blog at Birdalamode.com and enjoy this video showcasing all her glam makeup finds.
Shopping around for my twins on the way today and had to give a shout out to Babyleggings.com! I shot this video for the brand last year and had a blast scooching around everywhere with these little fashion-feins! Photo shoots are by far my favorite shorts to film - gotta love that hustle and bustle of the day and not to mention the beautiful people always in attendance. Definitely investing in SEVERAL pairs for both Baby A and B here. Xoxo
Starting my own video company has been an adventure and blessing, to say the very least! At first I was worried about getting the word out and seeing what people would think of my work, since I've been doing this gig for a while but was never able to put my official name and claim personal ownership of what I've made. Now that I'm able to do that, the response from all my friends and family has been so positive and overwhelming.
On this video especially, I'd like to send a special thank you/ shout out to my friend Aubrey Erickson. She has given me a lot of referrals and introduced me to Aubrey Van Pelt who is now one of my favorite people OF ALL TIME and a talented coach at its finest!
Working with the Utah Flash was an awesome experience because 1, I got to run around obstacle courses all day with friends and 2, I met the famous Natalie Williams - YES - THE Natalie Willaims/ WNBA star (Flash's Director)! Their organization is an awesome start for girls who see a future in basketball or just have an awesome time playing the sport and want to take their skill to the next level with drills, skills, and relationships you just can't beat! Holla at me anytime - Flash!

Seeing a newborn in the arms of their mom and dad is such a tender experience, especially with first time parents. It was a gift, getting to share in this little memory with Elise and Chris. Baby Elisabeth is one blessed and might I add ADORABLE little girl. Love you both! '
Sometimes, when two beautiful people from my childhood are getting hitched, I get to pack up and head back to my roots. There are some magical things about Northern California and being back home in that lush green, even when there is a drought going on. You'd be amazed by how truly breathtaking my neck of the woods really is. But on top of the memory lane this trip home took me down, what put the cherry on it all was seeing my best girl friend get married to her sweetheart that she has known and loved for years and years. Watching her walk down the isle looking like an angel, seeing her genuine smile, knowing that this is one of the biggest moments in her life, and it is perfect, and I get to take part in it with her - not many things beat that. So this is for you, Jessie and Christian. Cheers to you and the many years of bliss that are in store. Xoxo!
Brenda Bird is just about my most favorite designer, crafter, blogger, and friend to follow on Instgram. I'll shamelessly admit it. Her posts are so genuine and you can just tell from the vibe of her writing that she has a great love for her family. Over time, she has become a dear friend to me (yes, we have met in person more than once so I'm not just a creepy stalker of Brenda's blog). So when she asked me to make this video following her family through the journey of their Provo residences, I jumped at the opportunity! It was such an unforgettable experience to see where her and her husband first stared out, to see the homes they later built their family in, and to say goodbye with them to their last house in P-town before they headed off to Seattle. Thank you, Bird family, for being so fun to work with! Love you all - enjoy this new adventure making an exciting city your new home!

Robyn and her darling baby girl Liv stole my heart from the first moment we stepped into their home. Not only does Robyn have impeccable taste and an eye for beauty when it comes to design, but she also manages to live a life of beauty. Aside from her busy schedule as a blogger and active member in her community, she makes sure to take sweet baby Liv out on a daily basis to appreciate the world around them. From walks with their little Yorky to running errands around town, this woman knows how to get it all done. The key to doing it all while keeping baby close? She'd say it proud - her sling from Hotslings.com. They're fashionable, they're affordable, and it doesn't take a year to learn how to wrap them around your body and securely fasten them. Gotta admit - this brand made a fan out of me.
It's baskets, babies, and leggings on parade! Yes, I secretly wish that every single one of these prints was made in adult size; oh, and that adult leggings could somehow make their way into being on trend. However, until that day comes I will continue to gawk after these adorable little leg warmers that cover from the knee to the ankle on kids. Better yet, they work for infants all the way up to 35 lb. children! Amazed? Don't deny it. Head on over to Babyleggings.com to check out their unique patterns. There's bound to be a pair one for every kid's personality, as you can see in this fun Easter piece. Enjoy!
Bellybuttonband.com has maternity bands for all stages of your pregnancy (pre, during, and post)! Besides the fact the maternity and body bands make for the perfect layering accessories, they will actually hold up your pants as opposed to simply covering the uncomfortable and unattractive look of the unbuttoned jeans during that stage in a mother's life. Yes - it's inescapable. :) I'm a big advocate of these bands, but so are the ladies who got to try them out before showing up for their BBB photo shoot. See why.
This shoot was short and sweet! Here's a quick behind-the-scenes look at the newest prints for Carseatcanopy.com. A good mix of trendy and timeless in their new collection.
When it comes to beautiful people with beautiful babies - I just can't help myself! I love days where my time is spent capturing the love of two wonderful parents for their littles. On these two separate occasions, I had the opportunity to spotlight these young families for a Valentines series Carseatcanopy.com offered to their canopy fans. Sharing in their family time was a special opportunity I don't get to partake in often. All that romance, blossoming love, sweet smooches - almost too many 'aw' moments caught on cam for me to handle. Swoon party begins now!
